Clean vinyl. The second Motown release by this group a nice mix of jazzy soul and rock styles, handled with production and arrangements that are better than the group's first album. There's some nice smooth LA sounds on the set and the vocals have a rough edge that's almost got a bit of a David Bowie feel on a few cuts, making for a very strange mix
