The jacket has a nice cropped shape, with a buttoned front, twin breast pockets, and two further (hand!) pockets incorporated into seams. A dramatic (and very contrasting) green and yellow zipped vest has been integrated into the front placket to create a (fake?) layered effect. An additional zip in the collar makes space for a
